Growing up I was invisible. I didn't like how I looked or felt about myself, and I carried that with me for years. I tried bodybuilding but hated the sluggish, bloated feeling that came with it. I tried endurance training on its own and stayed skinny. Nothing worked, because nothing was built around me.
Then I found my own way. I combined calisthenics, powerlifting and bodybuilding, kept my fitness and mobility, and built a body and a life I'm genuinely proud of, training just 3 days a week. That shift changed everything. Not just physically, but in how I show up every day.
Now I help people across Southampton and online do the same. No fads, no cookie-cutter plans. Just a programme built around your life, your goals and your starting point, with a coach who genuinely gives a damn whether you get there.
